I am 70 years old. In Dubai, in the EMAAR Residences in the Burj area, I own an unmortgaged flat jointly with my wife who is 63 years old and another with my son who is 39 years old. I am working in a senior position in the Gulf for the past 29 years. My son is working in an International Oil company.
What are the prospects of getting loans for say 2 to 5 years for a DAMAC flat purchase in Dubai? Please advise.
Thank you.
