Record summer sales figures
Project Sales and Marketing recorded their highest sales figures ever during a summer period.
The alleged quiet summer months have long gone in the UAE’s flourishing off-plan real-estate market as the Project Sales and Marketing division witnessed its highest summer sales figures since it was established in 2004.
During the (slightly) quieter summer months, Project Sales and Marketing puts a strong focus on its marketing and sales strategies for the busy period ahead. Project Sales and Marketing is pleased to announce three recently signed projects. Upcoming investment opportunities will be readily available within Meydan, a bustling high-end mixed use community at the former Nad Al Sheba site in Dubai, an innovative mix of residential units at the upcoming Dubai Industrial City, and commercial offerings in Ajman’s Marmooka City development.

I’m surprised every betterhomes agent that I have spoken to this summer told me that this was the quietest summer for the past few months. I mean no figures to justify the claim…and sending an upbeat message despite the impending gloom, and global credit crunch..
Anyway, I’m sure these comments will not be approved by the moderator.
